I grew up obsessed with how things worked. Not just machines or code but people, systems, power, decisions. That curiosity took me in two directions at once: one toward tech, and the other toward politics.
So while I studied computer science, I also pursued a master’s in political science and international relations. Seemed like a strange combo to most people but to me, it made perfect sense. One taught me how to build. The other taught me how to understand the world I was building for.
Over the last 17 years, I’ve built and led companies across Europe, the MENA region, and Southeast Asia launching tech ventures, advising startups, securing exits, and investing in projects I believe in. I’ve lived in Algiers, Madrid, and Kuala Lumpur, and speak five languages fluently: Arabic, French, Spanish, English, and Tamazight. Every city, every conversation, every risk I’ve taken has shaped the way I see business: not just as numbers on a spreadsheet, but as people solving problems for other people.
Today, I run KabyLabs, a venture studio focused on women’s products, eCommerce aggregation, and international expansion. I also work directly with founders and professionals through 1:1 coaching helping them navigate major transitions, scale with clarity, or just get unstuck from whatever’s holding them back.
But here’s the truth: none of this was a straight line.
I’ve made bad bets. I’ve hired the wrong people. I’ve overworked myself to the point of burnout. And I’ve also rebuilt, refocused, and come back stronger every time. Those are the lessons I share now not just the wins, but the cost of those wins.
Outside of work, I’m obsessed with judo (strategy and timing matter in business too), minimalist travel (my passport lives in my bag), and having long conversations about ideas that matter. I care deeply about culture, freedom, and building a life that works on your own terms not one that just looks good online.
If you’re wondering what it’s like to work with me: I’m direct, intense when needed, loyal when earned, and always playing for the long game.
My philosophy?
Clarity beats complexity.
Depth beats noise.
And momentum beats perfection every time.
If you’re a founder or professional looking to level up:
I work with a small number of people each quarter through 1:1 strategic coaching – helping navigate major pivots, scale operations, or break through whatever’s keeping you stuck. My clients typically see clarity within weeks and momentum within months.
I also consult with businesses on international expansion, eCommerce optimization, and market entry strategies – particularly for companies looking to scale across cultures and borders.
Current focus areas:
- Executive coaching for founders and operators
- Market expansion strategies (Europe, MENA, Southeast Asia)
- eCommerce and digital product development
- Cross-cultural business development
How we work: Deep-dive strategy sessions, practical frameworks, and direct access when you need it. No fluff, no theory – just what works.
